History
B.I.G. Humanity was founded on the principles and predicated by the beliefs and values of placing the needs of others before the needs of self.

Tragedies, economic and budgetary constraints have reflected reduced funding in organizations across the nation with regards to emergency food and resources for homeless shelters, food banks, and tragedy victims. As a result, B.I.G. Humanity was formed to take the issues of drought, thirst, hunger, and homelessness head on.

B.I.G. Humanity has a deep appreciation and belief in helping our fellow man with life sustainable product donations to areas affected by budgetary constraints, or decimated by tragedies. As a Veteran Directed Charitable Corporation, we take pride in our abilities to affect change in the lives of those affected by homelessness, earthquakes, tsunamis, flooding, hurricanes, and any other natural disaster.

Purpose
Our purpose is to do our part, and help people in unfortunate situations, and provide support to organizations that share the same common values and goals: HELPING HUMANITY!

B.I.G. Humanity embodies the fundamental values of treating humanity in the manner which we ourselves wish to be treated. We are committed to providing high quality products and unparalleled customer service to the homeless and needy in the United States, and around the world.

Goal
Hydrate the planet! B.I.G. Humanity has negotiated the contracts and registered the shelters. The infrastructure is poised to enable our distribution of 15 MILLION bottles of water to all of the homeless shelters in six Southern California counties. This drive allows us to hydrate over 351,000 homeless people for approximately three weeks. Your participation will enable this dream to become a reality. Giving starts with YOU!

Below is a copy of our original letter from the Internal Revenue Service dated April 17th, 2012, stating B.I.G. Humanity is incorporated as a charitable organization with 501(c)3 status. These credentials mean that B.I.G. Humanity can provide you with financial and in-kind donation receipts for your gifts to the organization which can be used as tax deductions under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. As an organization, we are also exempt from paying sales tax.
